Not many posts recently, but we are still active! Our next play reading is scheduled for June 26th, so if you’ve been thinking about getting involved, now is a great time. A number of opportunities have come up for Shunya, and I hope we can make some interesting announcements soon. On the website front, [...] I’ve installed Disqus comments for a trial. This means you can leave comments using your Facebook ID, Twitter, Yahoo or OpenID — or DISQUS, of course. You can now sign up for our mailing list by the box on the left sidebar. We have two lists – one for promoting our new productions, and one for contacting people interested in working with Shunya on new productions. Of course, you can also e-mail us at info@shunyatheatre.org if you’re interested in working [...] I’ve uploaded 2 very basic headers to the site. I hope to further customize the look of the site in the next few weeks. In the meanwhile, I’ve corrected a bug in the slideshow function, so that should work for the productions for which I have uploaded photos. Next on the agenda: uploading photos [...] I’ve changed the website theme, and this one seems to work quite well. I still need to customize the header. I have added pictures to several of our past productions: Tsunami, Naga, the Talk, IAR and Bricks and Lyrics. The rest will come soon. I’ve added the posters I had immediately on hand for the past productions, and linked the past production pages to the sub-pages. Image gallery yet to come. So I’ve filled out the past production list some. I still need to add the posters from the past productions. Next up, an image gallery! I’ve been making some strides learning php and the basics of working with WordPress. I think I’ve figured out a functional (but not necessarily beautiful) way to add pages for each of our old productions. Soon I’ll begin working on the aesthetics. Hi all!
