I received an interesting email from Jeff Liu seeking singers for Simon Cowell’s new TV show:
Dear Shunya Theatre,
I’m working with the promoters of Simon Cowell’s new show, X-Factor coming out on Fox Television in the Fall, and we are looking for community orgs to help us increase the show’s DIVERSITY.
Auditions will be held in Chicago on April 27 and we need your help. We want to reach out to all ASIANS, SOUTH ASIANS and PACIFIC ISLANDERS in the US who are singers – both as soloists and as groups.
