Shunya’s co-Artistic Director, Sara Kumar, will be acting in a production of “The Jeweler’s Shop” by Karol Wojtyla (the name of John Paul II before he became Pope). The production is at Obsidian Art Space November 4, 5 and 6. Details here, and tickets sold online here. Shona Strauser of Perseverance Theatre in Juneau, Alaska sends this casting call. The actor can be older than 17, but must look young: Perseverance Theatre seeks actors to audition for the mainstage role of Suresh in Rajiv Joseph’s Animals Out of Paper.
